Teru Sushi was opened by Chef Watanabe’s grandparents decades ago, and served the local community as the town’s go-to sushi place. Chef Watanabe has traveled extensively to meet fishermen and producers all across Japan to learn more about local delicacies. It was during these years that he was able to cultivate important relationships that would later help him create a restaurant of his dreams. He incorporates top class ingredients with his sushi skills and a theatrical flair to give guests an experience unlike anything else.
Prix fixe menu – $395 per person, not including any additional food and beverage purchases, tax or gratuity. Sales tax and an 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your final bill.
